Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month or annual, and you can downgrade to Free or cancel from settings whenever you like — your trades stay yours.
Is connecting my broker safe?
Every connection is read-only: Mykola can read fills, never place or cancel orders. Where a broker has no API, you import a CSV instead — nothing to connect.
What if my broker isn't supported?
Any broker that exports a CSV works on every plan via the Generic CSV uploader. The supported-brokers page lists where Auto-Sync is live today.
Do you offer a trial or refunds?
The Free plan is the trial — no card, no expiry. Paid plans are refundable within 14 days if Mykola isn't for you.
